Why we built this voicecel test online
We were tired of "voice test" sites that quietly uploaded microphone audio to mystery servers. The free online voicecel test was built to do the entire analysis locally — fast, accurate, and totally anonymous.
Under the hood it's a tiny Web Audio API pipeline plus a hand-tuned autocorrelation pitch detector. No frameworks talking to backends, no machine-learning models hosted in the cloud — just clean DSP running inside your browser tab.
What this site is — and isn't
voiceceltest.com is a fun, informal tool. It's not a medical voice evaluation, not a speech-therapy assessment, and definitely not a definitive judgement of anyone's worth. Voice perception involves pitch, timbre, resonance, articulation and dozens of other variables — the voicecel test free online captures one of them, the fundamental frequency, very well.
