Your voicecel test stays in your browser

A plain-English explanation of how the free online voicecel test handles — or rather, doesn't handle — your voice data.

No server upload

Microphone audio is processed entirely with the Web Audio API in your browser.

You control saved results

Audio is never stored. Numeric results stay temporary unless you explicitly click Save.

No tracking pixels

No third-party analytics watching what you say during the voicecel test.

No account needed

The free online voicecel test runs anonymously. No email, no signup.

What data the free online voicecel test collects

When you click Begin voicecel test, your browser asks for microphone permission. If you grant it, the stream is sent directly to a local AudioContext for pitch analysis. Raw audio never leaves your device and is discarded when the test ends or you navigate away.

We do not collect voice recordings, transcripts, Hz readings, identifiers tied to your test, or anything that could reidentify your voice. Hosting logs may retain anonymized IP addresses briefly for abuse prevention.

If you click Save, only a small numeric summary and timestamp are written to this browser's localStorage. The history is not sent to us, contains no audio, and can be removed with Clear history.

Cookies & analytics

voiceceltest.com does not set advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count aggregate page views — never anything tied to your microphone or voicecel test results.

Your rights

We do not hold a server-side profile or voice history. Locally saved result summaries remain under your browser's control and can be cleared directly in the tool. If you have any questions, reach out via the contact page.
